We have more business than we can handle -- it's a good problem to have.
It’s been a very exciting month for us at 70 Million Resources, Inc. On the employment side (70 Million Jobs), we are experiencing demand we’ve never seen before, as companies continue to be hard-pressed in finding people to fill existing positions. As we are the only national employment platform for the formerly incarcerated (and the only for-profit player in reentry), as well as SHRM’s (Society for Human Resource Management) Fair Chance Hiring partner, many large companies are seeking our help. We actually have more business than we can handle.
At the same time, we will soon be officially launching our social network app in mobile (both iOS and Android), Commissary Club, partnership with Meek Mill and Roc Nation. Based upon beta test results when we launched a desk-top version of Commissary Club, we think we have a major hit on our hands.
And finally, we are working with GTL, who will soon be putting our platform on thousands of tablets in hundreds of jails and prisons. For the first time, we’ll be able to reach our population early in their reentry path (pre-release) and provide them with a wealth of resources designed to optimize their chances of success when they are freed. This partnership will also dramatically increase our engaged user numbers.
The coronavirus caused us much pain, but we used that time to increase our reach and our impact. We’re very busy, but it’s a very good problem.
