WOW! $1.070M in total funding from 2,567 investors across both rounds of fundraising over the past 10 months on Republic... Incredible!
Thank you so much for your continued excitement around the Asarasi fundraise and our company! In analyzing the data sourced from the funding reports found on KingsCrowd.com, an aggregator of Regulation Crowd Funding data, outside of alcoholic beverages, Asarasi is the only CPG company to have ever raised the maximum of $1.07M in total funding in all of the SEC's Regulation CF history! While this new funding is incredibly exciting to celebrate, the hard work immediately continues and we are preparing our company, the Asarasi brand for hyper-accelerated growth this year.
I say "our company" as all of you are soon to become owners at the closing of the fundraise and you are an important and integral part of our business. So thank you for your confidence in me and the Asarasi team to execute on our mission together.

In other exciting news, we continue to grow the business strategically with additional orders from our distributors and our e-commerce channel since my last update. We also have an exciting and emerging opportunity to bottle our products with Anheuser Busch (AB) in St. Louis and if the negotiation works out the way we desire, this will provide Asarasi with a long-term bottling partnership with AB!
Also, as a part of our growth plan, and as of this last week we hired FDM Sales and Marketing an expert outside sales team consisting of thirty natural food and beverage sales experts that have tremendous experience in growing food and beverage companies successfully to multi-million dollar revenue streams. We also hired Byrne Offutt, a ten year veteran in bottled water sales from Mountain Valley Spring Water Los Angeles as our Director of Sales! The FDM retained outside sales team managed by Byrne has been hired to leverage their network of key accounts and retailers to successfully place the brand with in broad key retail accounts across North America over the next year. Furthermore, given the size of the increased funding, we have added an outsourced digital/ social media marketing agency, Rebel Interactive Group to our team to continue to drive the awareness of the brand on social channels to support our retailers, NGO partners, and Anheuser-Busch's efforts to also grow our company.
