In order to fast track Back Porch Homes Companions being installed in backyards, we’ve upgraded the Companion and designed a pier system to meet International Building Code making the Companion 50 state compliant for installation in backyards everywhere.
Pacific Coachworks (PCW) just completed the production prototype and will begin manufacturing the Companion units in March
First customer deliveries are projected for early April.
A 90 day flooring line of credit is being established to facilitate the production of our homes.
Several municipalities and government associations have asked us to design a housing model they can buy for $30,000 a door. 8.5’ x 40’ duplex model as well as a 8.5” X 40’ 1 bedroom - selling for $60,000.
Clayton Homes Perris Golden West plant has confirmed they will be our production partner for the duplex and other government models.
We will be exhibiting at the TinyFest show February 29th and March 1st with an expected attendance of 10,000.
