When we announced the launch of the Note, we had one goal in mind: to get Republic into the hands of as many people as possible.
In the months since the Note’s launch, we were blown away by the reception from our community. Republic users earned millions of Notes and completed over 50,000 quests since the launch of the Note.
And we are just getting started!
Announcing Phase II
We received hundreds of messages and emails asking how users can earn more Notes after finishing the original Note quests. With that in mind, we’re announcing the next round of our Note bounty program. This gives our community more opportunities to not only earn Notes, but to build their own opportunities that will help others become a part of our startup ecosystem.
Starting today, you can log into your Republic account to see the full list of new quests and instructions on how to redeem your bounties. You will find new types including:
Testimonials — Spread the gospel of Republic by sharing your experience.
Blog posts — Craft original content in exchange for Notes.
Artwork — Share your GIFs, memes, stickers, and other images.
The Note Challenge
We’re also introducing a Note Challenge for top Note earners.
Starting today, we’re giving away grand prizes to users who earn the most Notes on Republic. The first prize in this challenge is a brand new iPhone 11 Pro with 256 GB of storage.
Anyone who holds Notes can enter this challenge. Those who earn the most Notes at the end of a Challenge period will win the prize. Visit the challenge page for more details.
...and Much More
These new features are just the beginning. In addition to the Bounties and Challenge, we launched new Note Perks today, including investment credits, exclusive event access, and much more. You can learn all about those here.
We are also working on numerous ways to provide value to the Note itself (such as advanced perks and benefits). Yet these take time and a cautious eye toward regulation to implement properly.
We promise you it will be worth the wait.
You can see our original writeup about the Note, along with answers to frequently asked questions, here.
If you do not have any Notes, you can claim a 10-Note grant here to get started.
