Given Borrow’s new, innovative model, these questions make perfect sense! Since our #1 priority is creating the best customer experience possible, we’ve launched a new website aimed at addressing these concerns and giving users all the information they need to reserve a car. The goal of this redesign is to make our website intuitive, transparent, and informative.
