We would like to bring to your attention that Coding Autism has had some material changes that have taken place within our business. Several members of our leadership and advisory team have decided to leave Coding Autism due to differences in company vision and to pursue other ventures. Additionally, due to discoveries with obtaining approval from the BPPE for in-person vocational training, which takes roughly a year to go through, we have decided to transition Coding Autism's short-term goal into providing online workshops and training.
For this reason, we have been advised by our personal legal counsel and Republic's legal counsel to be completely upfront and transparent of our leadership and advisory changes and as a result cancel our campaign and refund all investment back to their investors.
I would like to personally thank everyone who supported and invested in our campaign. It is very unfortunate that we have had to cancel with such a short notice, especially when we raised the floor goal of $25,000 but we believe that it is best that we are transparent and ethical with this process. I would also like to emphasize that Coding Autism will continue to run as a business and work through this transitional phase.
Once our adjustments to our business model and founding team have been made, we may open up investment opportunities for Coding Autism outside of Republic. Otherwise, thanks again for all of your support to date and please continue to stay updated on our venture.
All the best,
