Consumer behavior patterns are changing fast and brands must adapt to keep up!
The fashion retail industry has not been evolving fast enough and brands have relied too heavily on historical purchasing and gut feelings when making stock ordering, merchandising and pricing decisions. Demand forecasting is nearly impossible to predict and now brands and retailers are facing a perfect storm of rising costs, product decisions, and consumer buys against reduced consumer confidence and spending. This combined with changing consumer shopping habits means that more than ever designers, brands and retailers need to fully understand their product performance and customers in order to adapt, stay relevant and survive.

Additionally, Fashwire was the Fashion Partner for Gold Meets Golden with Coca Cola and BMW Beverly Hills.
Direct connection to the fashion designers and brands
Fashwire has two principal customers. The first are brands & designers, who use our data to understand their consumers, purchasing patterns and preferences. The second are shoppers, who tend to be interested in fashion and relish the idea of being able to influence the brands they love.
Multiple revenue streams to maximize profit
Fashwire has four separate revenue streams to drive a uniquely profitable business model:
Fashwire collects 15-20% commissions from the designers for all purchases directed from the Fashwire platform.
Brands that Fashwire sells for are required to pay 20% on every order placed from Fashwire's website.
Banner Promotions – Fashwire promotes and displays ads of various designers and brands on its website. Designers and brands receive greater visibility via banner promotions and pay-per-click advertisements.
Priority listing on app and website – Fashwire charges designers and brands premium rates to give them priority placement.
Fashwire charges a fixed-price for providing access to data.
We charge a one-time fee of $2.99 to download the app. A one-stop shop for the hottest styles and collections influences users to pay to discover the most coveted brands and emerging trends from around the world.
A $872 Billion global online market by 2023
Fashion is always on trend and the global online fashion market is poised to reach over $872bn by 2023. As more and more stores move online, fashion sites are becoming one of the most effective vehicles for sales.
We believe we have first-mover advantage because our platform uses a unique API-enabled proprietary technology stack to serve multiple actors in the fashion industry.
There are no known competitors, only a varied and saturated market of indirect competitors. The indirect competitors are potential B2B advertising partners.
- Positioning: Building out a marketplace is one of the few times we believe there is truly a first-mover advantage.
- Proprietary: The platform is built on an API-enabled proprietary technology stack, which provides the foundation for three main components - applications, services and data. Fashwire owns all of its data, which provides our partnering designers and brands instant data analytics on what is resonating with consumers.
- Opportunity: We operate a modular end-to-end technology platform built to connect a contemporary fashion ecosystem worldwide. Designers and brands gain exposure and receive target user data with real-time actionable insights to help make better production decisions and improve full price sell-through.
Why We Will Win
Fashwire's unique selling proposition is our real-time feedback mechanism enabling users to provide their opinions on fashion products to designers. Designers then receive this data in a clean and intuitive manner, which they can then turn around and make intelligent production decisions with. Giving designers this highly valuable data through a fun and frictionless experience for users is what makes Fashwire a homerun.
Smart fashion for the future
With your investment, Fashwire plans to ramp up our AI algorithms and continue to provide real-time knowledge to designers. We also plan to broaden our marketing strategy and expand our distribution channels while also accelerating our user growth.
Over $2M in funding to date
We have raised over $2M in funding from private angel investors. With a goal of $2.5M ($1.07 of which will be raised on Republic) we aim to use funds to ramp up our technology, enhance our algorithms, and invest in the team and marketing infrastructure.
