Please Welcome Our New Customer Experience Ninja
We recently brought on Alyssa Golub as our new VP Customer Success & Experience at Gesture.
Alyssa grew up in Northern NJ. She is a graduate from Cornell’s school of Hotel Administration. After completing her undergrad, she moved to Maui to work for the Four Seasons Hotel in food and beverage management. From there, she had an opportunity to move to San Francisco to work for the Michael Mina restaurant group. During this time she became a certified sommelier (and also fell in love with California!) After two years with the Mina group, she wanted to explore the tech space within the hospitality industry. She has spent the past 6 years working on the sales, business development, and customer success side of small to medium sized startups within that space.
Alyssa will ensure that our customers and vendors are given the red carpet treatment with anything they need or request when it comes to our services and products. She will deliver and work towards enhancing the customer experience by creating new customer incentive programs, product enhancements and features, and much more. Our aligned goals are to become a leader in the industry and an example for others to follow.
Alyssa just recently moved back to NYC to be closer to her family. She has a mini goldendoodle named Maui. She is passionate about everything customer, food and wine related, and she is excited to see how technology is changing the industry for the better.
