What you'll do:
- Digital Outreach: You will support Republic social channels (Instagram, Twitter, and Discord). You will own the process and playbook for customer support via digital outreach.
- VIP Investor Outreach: You will help build the playbook for nurturing high-net-worth (HNW) and VIP relationships at scale. This will include handling email, phone and other communications.
- Loyalty Program: You will support the development of the VIP program and gifting to top investors.
- Content Creation: Assist in creating educational collateral that clearly communicates Republic’s value prop, the securities exemptions we utilize, and our different investment verticals.
- Investor Communications: You may be tasked with developing investor communications for investment updates or key aspects of the investor journey.
- You have experience with digital channels. You understand the tools available in digital spaces for community building and how to use them to build a best-in-class customer experience.
- You preferably have customer support experience and are comfortable handling conflict and complex client relations.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills: You can represent Republic both online and in-person in a professional and clear manner.
- You can communicate complex topics in a simple and concise manner.
- You are a team-player and are comfortable working across different teams to accomplish important goals.
- You are a data-driven decision maker and are not afraid to challenge the status quo.
- You take initiative. There is no task too small or “not your job.” You understand that to begin, you will be required to ask questions and take action.
- You understand the big picture, but still sweat the details: you can manage complex projects that spam multiple teams and relationships (and catch the spelling mistake in this bullet point on the first read). You preferably have a fintech or finance background.
