What you’ll do:
- Proactively source new talent, and review inbound applications
- Support the People Operations team with interview scheduling and coordination
- Communicate with candidates to keep them up to date on their candidacy
- Keep our ATS (Lever) up to date
- Maintain an inbox-zero level of organization and proactive communication
- Coordinate with 3rd party recruiting agencies and vendors
Our ideal candidate:
- 1+ years in a recruiting role preferred
- Ability to recognize a compelling candidate profile
- Strong organizational skills
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem is a plus
