Nada is eating the lunch of a B2B service that has been grifting off of real estate for ever: mortgage origination, title insurance, and property insurance. If they can use this beachhead to win the customer through superior UI/UX, leveraging this into becoming the CreditKarma of real estate would bring strong ARR.
