Offerings on Republic all include a publicly accessible discussion forum. You should be aware that any information you provide in the discussion forum may be read, collected, and used by OpendDeal users and the general public. Information that you disclose in any of these forums is unencrypted, public information, and there is no expectation of privacy or confidentiality there. Please refrain from disclosing any Personally Identifiable Information about yourself or anyone else in these discussion forums.

Note also that in the ordinary course of Internet activity, certain information may be sent from your browser to third parties such as advertising networks and analytics companies. Your Choices About Your Information

Your California Privacy Rights

California’s “Shine The Light” law permits our customers who are California residents to request and obtain from us once a year, free of charge, information about the Personally Identifiable Information” (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes in the preceding calendar year.
