Our January numbers and other updates
Hello Republic family! We wanted to update you on some of our activities and accomplishments since our campaign closed in November. We’ve entered our busiest time of year, particularly as safer-at-home orders continue around the country and people are experiencing real cooking fatigue. Many new customers are coming to us seeking new or a more interesting variety of flavors, as well as a reset from the unwanted effects of pandemic eating.
Here’s how it’s going.
We hit over a quarter million in gross revenue in the first 4 weeks of January and sales continue to climb in NY, LA, and across the entire country. Our nationwide shop continues to gain new customers as we expand our geographic distribution.
Our special RENEW edition of the Provenance Detox sold out in January! We are offering it again beginning February 8.
We partnered with THE WELL as their preferred meal delivery provider on their 15 day Gut Health Cleanse. Dr. Frank Lipman, renowned functional medicine doctor and Chief Medical Officer of The Well, and his team of health coaches, have supported us for years and we are pleased to continue to provide doctor-approved nourishment to their patients and clients.
We completed a brand refresh which we will unveil later this year. Exciting new look and feel on the way!
We hired 4 new staff members in kitchen production, client fulfillment, and technology. All hands on deck for what is sure to be our busiest year yet.
We launched a new software platform and joined forces with a new logistics provider which will result in lower costs, larger delivery zone, better package tracking, and greater customer satisfaction.
