QuantmRE experiences explosive growth in dealflow and applications for the month of August 💥🚀
During August we received a 242% increase in the number of applications through our website compared to the previous month, representing $33.5 Million in overall property values. We expect a significant number of these deals to close over the coming weeks which will generate material revenues.
Combined with the additional dealflow that we expect to receive from our expanding channel partner network (see below) we anticipate that we will be able to maintain and exceed this level of growth in applications and potential revenues for the rest of this year and into 2021.
Website traffic more than doubles
August web users increased by 114% to 3.1K users compared to the previous month. The number of web sessions also increased by 114% to 4.1K. This traffic is driven by a combination of targeted, cost-effective paid advertising and earned media – i.e organic searches from our extensive social media efforts, press releases, news articles written about us and podcast recordings.

New channel partnerships
Our marketing strategy combines direct to consumer advertising and channel partnerships which provide QuantmRE with the ability to cost-effectively build and scale its business, providing a win - win relationship for all parties. Channel partnerships provide QuantmRE with a repeatable and scalable process to grow significant transaction volume while maintaining the integrity and endorsement of trusted advisors and qualified investment professionals.
Over the past month we have agreed channel partnerships with companies in the following sectors:
- Home Improvements / Solar installations
- Credit repair and loan modification services
- Real Estate and Investment Education / Advisory services
- Divorce attorneys
- Service providers to Registered Investment Advisors and Broker Dealer networks
Our expectations are high for the number of new applications that these new channel partners will be able to bring, in addition to the applications generated from the effective direct-to-consumer strategies that are already in place.

Our mission is to provide homeowners with Debt-Free access to trapped home equity. QuantmRE is proud to provide homeowners with an innovative way to access much-needed cash in these challenging times.
Our customer pipeline is growing month on month, the number of new visitors to our website has more than doubled over the past month, and we are seeing more interest than ever before.
We expect to book more revenues in the final quarter of this year than in the first three quarters combined. As we earn more revenues, we will be able to increase our marketing spend which we anticipate will allow us to continue to grow our key metrics month on month.
