Snailz is an online platform designed to make the nail salon experience as seamless as possible. We enable customers to browse, book and pay for services through our app, while providing salon owners with real-time, comprehensive data on all customer appointments. This helps salon owners provide the best service, while allowing customers to conveniently manage their bookings and find the best salons.
Customers book appointments at convenient times, and modifying or cancelling appointments is very easy. Salons are immediately notified of a booking on their Snailz salon portal and are prepared for the service when the customer arrives. Service prices are never higher than what is charged at the salon, and many salons will offer exclusive discounts to Snailz clients. The service price when you book is the price you pay, no surprises.
After Snailz customers check out on their app, they rate the service and leave detailed reviews. Customers rate the specific service received, so others can find out, for example, which salons do the best gel manicures and which one's don't. Customers rate the salon's promptness, professionalism and cleanliness, helping to promote a safe environment. Customers automatically get a digital loyalty "punch" for their visit and redeeming rewards is effortless.

Using Snailz couldn’t be easier. All nail salon customers need to do is download the app or go to the web, create an account, and go from there.
Snailz provides access to hundreds of vetted and reviewed partner salons. Appointments are available for booking 24/7, and our customers don’t have to worry about carrying cash for tipping, as everything is paid for in the app. For each booking, users earn Snailz pointZ ($1=1 point) that can be redeemed for discounts on future bookings and get rewarded for repeat visits with our digital loyalty cards.
All it takes for salons to join our platform is to contact us and begin registration. From there, salons can track customers and receive instant payment through Snailz into one's account. There are no monthly fees, no contract, and no limits to our services.

We currently have 350+ salons in the NY and NJ areas active on our platform, and we continue to add new salons. We’ve been growing rapidly with a 20% market penetration in Manhattan. We are now poised to expand rapidly across the US with our new strategic partner: Universal Processing, one of the country's largest Asian-owned merchant processors with thousands of nail salon accounts and multiple office locations nationwide.

$1.3M in bookings to date
We charge a standard 13.5% commission fee on all appointments booked through our app. With over 350 salons participating in our launch, we've realized over $1.3M in bookings and are on track to expand nationwide.
We conservatively estimate that by 2024 we'll be operating in 8,000 salons and generating over $70 million in revenue. These figures also assume that our average customer booking holds steady at $45 (despite currently averaging over $47) and we reach our low end target of four appointments per salon per day.
A $1 - $2.5B opportunity
There are over 50K nail salons in the USA that generate over $8 billion of bookings annually who could benefit from our product. In addition, our product is being used in eyelash salons, waxing centers, and eyebrow threading salons. We call this our "beauty chores" market opportunity. Our product development roadmap includes enhancing the product to enable Snailz to provide bookings for hair salons as well, opening us up to address the entire $64 billion beauty appointment category. With an average booking value of $45 and an average bookings of 4x/day, we stand to make over $518M in gross bookings by just reaching 10% of the total beauty chores salon market. At 20%, our potential market is $2.5B+ in bookings.

By reaching our funding goal, we will have the capital necessary for rapid expansion. We intend to put funding towards growing our salon base in other markets, app and web development, and increasing our marketing outreach to nail salon customers. Our ultimate goal is to capture 20% of the 50K+ nail salons across the USA — a $2.5B market opportunity and potentially $350M in revenue.
We also will begin R&D on the next generation of our product, which, in addition to providing improved features and functionality, will integrate into our strategic partner's (Universal Processing) merchant processing products to provide a best in class booking and checkout solution for nail salons and all of their customers.
We also intend to expand to other beauty categories such as hair salons and market our valuable consumer data to beauty and other female-focused brands.
