New Product Release! A unified curbside pickup experience has arrived with web ordering!
We've got big news! This week we launched a great new feature to our turnkey and best-in-class curbside pickup platform: web ordering - Restaurants can process curbside and pickup orders from their website.
We know that web ordering solutions for restaurants are a hyper-competitive marketplace due to high demand (its almost a commodity), but we enter into this saturated arena with serious swagger and momentum because we are the BEST at customer experience and now web ordering powered by SWIPEBY will provide our partners the ability to offer a best-in-class, completely unified, curbside pickup experience.
How does it work?
This simple but powerful extension provides our partners a link to their custom branded web ordering interface that guests can access with a click. Or partners have the option to use a plug-in that makes the custom SWIPEBY web ordering interface a pop-up on top of the restaurant's existing page (plugin coming soon).

No additional cost: The SWIPEBY web ordering feature comes at no additional costs to new and existing partners, with no added contracts, service fees or mo monthly fees
Cross-platform tracking: Guests can place the order on their desktop, log in to their mobile app, and head to the store for pickup without disruption.
No App Needed Experience: While the best SWIPEBY experience comes when using the apps cross-platform tracking and geo-fenced arrivals, the web ordering feature does provide a text messaging engine that allows the guest to trigger an arrival notification with a text message.
Because web ordering is an addition to the larger SWIPEBY platform, order batching, automation of pick up times based on order volume, and SWIPEBY's personalized coupon/promotion tools, all work seamlessly with this new feature.
We built our platform in partnership with operators and eaters, leveraging mobile apps, geo-fenced arrival notifications, sales promotion tools, to offer an excellent takeout experience. With the addition of web ordering, we've become a one-stop-shop for merchants to meet the growing demand for quick and easy off-premise operations and in doing so, our partners have upgraded from excellent to exceptional.
What does that mean for business?
- We acquire eaters faster via the merchants website powered by SWIPEBY interface and can then in the long run drive these eaters to our marketplace apps, driving up order volume and frequency
- We gain more eater insight and data as we control all take-out orders and can monitor/analyse website traffic

- We build up stronger dependability, eliminating the need for merchants to have us for curbside and a different system for the web -> no we are both, while all of them are just web
