Tallyfy releases new ability to capture "snippets" of know-how!
Tallyfy's vision is simple - to capture know-how in a company and then enable procedures to be automated once they are typed up/entered into our system.
Today - we just expanded on the idea of "know-how". Instead of know-how which is just procedural (a step-by-step procedure) - you can now capture know-how which is just a snippet of text!
This gives you an amazing new way to capture knowledge that doesn't really fit into a formal procedure - in a really simple way. Here's some examples of what we've seen:
- Capture policies (which exist in Word/Google Docs today)
- Capture simple snippets like "What is the wi-fi password for building 5?" or "What are the 5 best places for a client to park around our office?"
- Capture simple how-to's like "How do I connect to the color printer on the 8th floor"?
- Capture playbooks like "Do's and don'ts for highly effective discovery (sales) calls in our company".
By doing this - Tallyfy gathers more know-how about how things are done in a company and becomes the operations hub of knowledge and action.
We'll be expanding all these capabilities to other platforms too like Slack, Microsoft Teams, Outlook on Office 365, etc. so that you can capture and get all this know-how in the app you already use right now - without having to actually go into Tallyfy!
This is our new home screen, just released today.
We're very excited about this development!
