September 27 - Union Electric Company Update
Greetings UE Investors and campaign followers!
There are under 40 days left in our campaign and the team continues to reach important milestones across the business.
On Tuesday we picked-up our new Ready to Roll product which will begin hitting shelves this week. Ready to Roll is a strain-specific, high voltage blend of flower, trim and kief that comes with 40 rolling papers and a higher potency spec than other brands in this product category. This is the first time UE has released a product other than just flower in a pouch and it paves the way for pre-rolls which will be available in October. Special shoutout to our Creative Director Anthony Cappetta for the fun, fresh design, Kaelana and Eric for running point on production and our friends at Kind Op Corp for helping us deliver on an amazing product spec!
On Friday we finalized an agreement with Grassdoor to relaunch Union Electric’s direct-to-consumer service. Grassdoor is one of California’s leading delivery platforms offering same-day and scheduled delivery across all of California’s major metro areas. The partnership will allow UE customers in Grassdoor’s delivery zones to go to unionelectric.co and order any of our products directly to their door with a full branded menu / delivery experience. Currently, we’re dependent on a network of dispensaries that use the same point-of-sale software to offer pick-up and delivery of UE products but the coverage has been spotty and no dispensaries are currently carrying our entire menu of flower. We’re incredibly excited to unlock this powerful tool for customer engagement and loyalty and we anticipate launching in the next 6-8 weeks.

This brings us to $1,568,116 (unaudited) since we kicked off our crowdfunding campaign
We saw a decrease in revenue over the last two weeks after we broke all of our revenue records in August. We did expect some leveling out to occur this month as the overall flower market in California remains saturated but we will be running a number of promotions with our top 40 retailers to ensure we’re staying highly competitive and increasing our sellthrough velocity as we close out the year.
