I'm excited about Scooterson because it's innovative and just fun. It's a great alternative means of transportation that feels like the way of future urban travel. One thing that really excited me about Scooterson was the Rolley - it stands alone in the marketplace and sets the company apart from others that only make "stand" scooters.

One reason for my investment in Temple is the simple fact that it’s owned by a minority. As I studied and watched the videos on this company I realized that he looks at the common problems for minorities in this country (example: student loan debt). He is taking an unique route in helping this wealth gap by tackling the one problem that minorities don’t understand as a whole and that’s the importance of real estate investing and home ownership
