HA! focuses on taste above all. Our snacks crunch like a kettle cooked chip and finish like a savory puff. We use protein from peas, chickpea flour, and brown rice flour to create our crunchers, and season them with all-natural, tasty goodness for each flavor! Each of our five flavors is low calorie, high protein, vegan, gluten-free, and non-GMO.

Over 10K customers with strong sales growth
HA! has gone from $7K in 2019 revenue to $230K in 2020. As of Feb 2021, our current monthly revenue is $30K. Our repeat customer rate is 35% monthly, and repeat customers spend 30% more than they did on their initial purchase.
HA! was also 1 of 7 companies selected for SKU-Austin Accelerator, which had 150+ applicants. The Accelerator Track was completed in May 2021.

Repeat purchases garner higher revenue
HA! sells exclusively D2C through our Shopify store and Amazon.com. In 2020, we grew our online sales by a YoY increase of 4,900%. We are on pace this year for $400K+ in online revenue.
With gross product margins of 70%, we have plenty of room to scale customer acquisition. It costs us around $22-28 to acquire a customer with an average order value of $34. On repeat purchases, our customers spend an average of $48, proving that once they try our snacks, they come back and spend more money (30% more) than the initial order. We have a strong 3-month LTV of $48 and our acquisition cost payback period is less than a month.

When we launched, we launched as Macro Snacks. After talking to customers and realizing long term vision, we realized it was time for a rebrand. What started as a diet-focused, niche brand is now accessible and more approachable for a broader audience, opening up our market opportunity and creating unlimited potential!

Our innovation pipeline is fresh and we have plans to create Healthier Alternatives across categories with products that need disrupting. We also have plans to launch, new, bold flavors that consumers are asking for! Every flavor from sweet, spicy, savory, to completely unique!

Prior to our Republic campaign, HA! has $130K+ raised to date, bringing in a celebrity investor, CPG veterans, and completing the nation's premier CPG Accelerator. All of this will aid us with growth and awareness. This new round of funding will go towards production, sales and marketing, and furthering our expansion both in retail stores and online. All told, this raise will allow us to scale our current production, launch new innovations, and reach our goal of 10K+ stores across the US within the next five years.
