Meet Our Executive Chef: A Specialist in Farm-to-Table Cuisine

Fresh ingredients are locally sourced daily in each destination for menus prepared under the direction of our executive chef, Tim Andriola, an award-winning chef and restauranteur specialized in farm to table cuisine.
Like everyone on our team, Tim lives the active, wellness-focused lifestyle that is our signature: hiking, cycling and eating consciously. He is (almost) as passionate about fitness as he is about eating for maximum wellness. Tim's culinary background included training and working in some of the most prestigious kitchens in the U.S., including Chez Panisse, Charlie Trotter’s, and Tra Vigne.
Inspired by one of his earliest mentors, Chef Ron Boucher, Tim served as Chef de cuisine for Chef Allen Susser for over 5 years and then onto serving as executive chef at Mark’s South Beach, named #1 in Miami by Gourmet, best new restaurant by Bon Appétit and one of the 50 best hotel restaurants by Conde Nast Traveler. Tim graduated from the Culinary Institute of America first in his class with honors, earning the prestigious Francis L. Roth Award for Outstanding Performance
Chef Andriola also offers his talents to the community, assisting in various events for the March of Dimes, Easter Seals, Share Our Strength, Project Newborn and numerous other charities throughout South Florida.-
