Onboarded a $500 MN neurosurgery device maker!
We are happy to announce that a well known neurosurgery device maker has started making their Boon VR library to be used for their upcoming paid pilot.
The device treats brain aneurysms and Boon VR training can help neurosurgeons better understand the clinical setting and how to deploy unique features of the device such as the detachment process, that are critical to the patient outcome. 450 hospitals in the U.S perform this type of procedure, with 500 in Japan and 200 in Europe. Our customer aims to penetrate their device into these hospitals and has identified that VR training can simultaneously train neurosurgeons across these countries in a continuous, effective manner to achieve this end.
Currently, the back and forth travel of clinical training reps and physicians is limited and expensive. The need of the hour is technology that can train remotely and effectively to augment the workshop learning.
Stay tuned for field information!
