Chasin’ Dreams Farm is creatively crafting new snack experiences by transforming humble ingredients into satiable snackventions. Using sorghum as our base ingredient, we're reviving an ancient grain and bringing nostalgia and playful flavors to the snack aisle. We make a quasi-indulgent popped sorghum snack that looks like teeny-tiny popcorn, but is entirely corn free! Our products are naturally gluten free, plant-based, and non-GMO.

Made with all natural ingredients like Sorghum, Pink Himalayan Salt, Tapioca Syrup, and, most importantly, no funky weird additives, our snacks are low-calorie, low-fat, and drastically more crunchy than popcorn! They're a lightly sweet, satisfying snack!
Meet Sorghum, an AMAZING ancient grain.
US-grown, naturally gluten free, and unlike 92% of US corn (omg!), sorghum is never genetically modified! It's also super sustainable too! Sorghum is drought resilient, requiring zero irrigation, and can be regeneratively farmed. Left standing in the field, sorghum captures carbon from the air and stores it safely in the soil.

We're expanding through our distribution partners, KeHE and UNFI. In Q3 2021, Chasin' Dreams Farm is launching into select Food Service outlets with a large, multinational food service provider.

Sydney earned a BA with Honors from Edinburgh Napier University in Financial Services with Entrepreneurship. She was awarded the prestigious Enterprise Fellowship from the Royal Society of Edinburgh, with one year of cutting-edge business training. On a mission to empower creativity and inspire innovation, Sydney returned to the United States to launch what is Chasin' Dreams Farm today!

Sydney grew up on Chasin' Dreams Farm, the Chasin Family farm. From her very own painted rock market to glorified lemonade stands to creating a profitable business at 12 years old selling stationary with her own photography, she's always had an entrepreneurial spirit! Diagnosed with Celiac disease at a young age, she's been gluten free since 2003—back when gluten free wasn't quite what it is today! Sydney's been snacking and crafting amazing ancient grains for as long as she can remember!
