Startups
Why invest in startups?
Startup crowdfunding is a new phenomenon and until recently it was not allowed for companies to accept investments from regular people.
Only wealthy people were allowed to invest in private companies. Thanks to Republic and newly adopted laws, you can now gain access to the new asset class and be an angel investor in startups.
The law requires that before you invest, you first understand the risks and the rules of investing in startups. Please review our educational articles and consult our additional resources for more information.
Startup investing can be fulfilling beyond the potential monetary return. Not only are you betting on the company’s future, you are also directly supporting the startup and joining the founders on an exciting journey.
