Parlor launches Collaboration Groups!
Parlor is a Customer Collaboration Platform that transforms the way you proactively engage your customers. Parlor lets you place Ideas for anything directly in your webapp, no code or UX hacks required. Our a one of a kind ‘relationship layer’ transforms the live product experiences, letting you engage users in specialized ways to refine your products and eliminate churn.
It lets you validate new features before devoting developer time, and get granular, actionable feedback from your most valuable users. Today we’re officially out of beta!
I’m thrilled to announce the launch Collaboration Groups!
Collaboration Groups are a huge step forwards. They allow companies to segment users into cohorts by whichever parameters matter most. For some companies that’s lifetime value, for others it’s engagement. Starting today, Parlor lets you create curated digital focus group experiences for every kind of user. You can now ask the right questions and get actionable feedback from everyone from beta testers and power users to investors and board members. When it comes to feedback, one size does not fit all.
With the completion of Collaboration Groups, we’ve now successfully built a platform that is modular and flexible enough to address the needs of a substantial range of potential customers, from individual freelancers and content creators, all the way up to mature enterprise customers.
TL;DR we’ve expanded Parlor from a startup and small-business platform to an enterprise SaaS solution for customer retention, collaboration, and feature validation. I’m very proud of what the Parlor team has built, and I hope you are, too.
If you’re as excited about this as we are, I’d love to hear from you. keith@teamparlor.com is a great way to connect.

*You’re not going crazy. We changed our name from Parlay to Parlor. If you really must know, we had a few too many of these moments. Oh, and we thought it was smarter to use your investment growing the company, not battling future trademark claims ;)
