Rolling Close
In preparation for the softening of the commercial real estate market, we are getting very close on locking-in new marque locations with store leases at highly favorable terms to expand our corporately owned locations. To be fully prepared to sign these leases, we are executing a rolling close with Republic which allows us to access half the funds already raised from Republic. Once the rolling close has been initiated, investors will have three days to cancel their investment should they choose. The market conditions from the coronavirus are giving us the ability to secure highly favorable leases with TI (tenant improvement allowance) money from landlords. Landlords are willing to essentially reimburse us for the hard costs of our buildout for new locations. We have to front some of that money to contractors but get most of that money back from landlords in the from of TI. This is a key element we are leveraging to expand our corporately owned locations and create more revenue for the company. We are very excited for the road ahead!
Have Our Next Smoothie Named After You
We have added a new perk to all investments made above $500. This applies to all new investors, current investors who have invested $500 and up and we will apply this perk to any investor who increases their investment to $500 or above.
We will give investors 1 entry for every $500 they have invested and do a raffle at the end of the campaign. The winner will receive a personal phone from our founder and CEO, Ross Franklin, who will incorporate the name of the winner into the name of the new smoothie. Your name on the new smoothie will be added to our permanent menu at all locations. With the winner's permission, we will also feature the story behind the naming of the new smoothie on our website and post a picture of the winner on our social media channels in announcing the new smoothie.

Juicing Up Hospital Workers
On Monday, April 29th, Pure Green donated 200 bottles of cold pressed juice to help fuel the real heroes working on the front lines at Mount Sinai's St. Luke's Hospital in New York City. We partnered with a collection of other local brands to supply gift bags including our cold pressed juice with handwritten notes.
Loyalty Program Data
Our CEO and Founder, Ross Franklin, has been having weekly Zoom calls with the top developers of our POS system Square. Square (SQ on NYSE) is using Pure Green to pilot some of their new POS modules including a fully integrated delivery platform that will lower Pure Green's net delivery cost by 100%. We expect the new platform for deliveries to go live next week. The new platform will allow our delivery customers to receive the same loyalty perks and incentives Pure Green guests receive when making in store purchases.
Some of the key metrics that we actively track on our dashboard in Square are: total customers, new customers, returning customers, average visits per customer and we even have a feedback review that is built into the digital receipt where guests give us feedback on their experience.
Regarding specifics from what are data tells us about our customers, our loyalty data across the entire year of 2019 shows us:
1. Loyalty customers spend 2.5X the average spend per visit compared to non-loyalty customers
2. Loyalty customers visit 2.6X more frequently than non-loyalty customers
3. 34% of loyalty customers visit more than once a week
4. Some of our top customers visit 1X every day.
5. One-third of our revenue comes from loyalty members
This data shows us the great importance of converting our guests to loyalty customers and how important our loyalty program is as we scale locations across the globe.
