Hello from The Phluid Project!
In one year, we have taken an idea and turned it into a movement. We have launched the world’s first gender-free store and have amplified a movement through social and our online presence. Yes, the first! While dedicated to activism, we have nurtured a community through the lens of fashion and we plan to do it for many years to come.
Highlights from Our First Year
Reached $1M in sales in one year
In one year, we had over 100,000 in-store visits and 700,000 online visits
Our online sales have recently tripled to 10% of total sales
March (our first chance to compare to last year) had an increase of +33% in sales
This summer, we launched our wholesale business and will be featured in Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom’s as well as museums and boutiques around the country.
We created a platform for over 100 brands to share their products on a global platform and carried over 100 pop-ups, supporting local, women and minority-owned business and LGBTQIA+ designers and brands.
We are the sole manufacturer for the World Pride x Stone Wall 50 apparel. This is the first time World Pride has been hosted in the United States with an estimated 10M attendees from around the world, which is sure to raise our profile and visibility.
We have partnered with major brands (Champion, Fila, Levi’s and Happy Socks) to name a few to create exclusive product, creating capabilities to expand on future exclusives and collaborations.
We are in the final steps to license our brand with key categories, beginning with a global fragrance launch.
We have become the go-to voice for brand’s to learn about gender inclusion and expression, especially as it impacts fashion and apparel.
While raising tens of thousands of dollars, we continue to make charitable contributions a major portion of our business model, supporting our community.
